4.1 Certifications: Certificates (including NSDC and Skill India certificates) are awarded only upon successful completion of the course requirements, which may include attending classes, submitting assignments, and passing assessments. 4.2 Placement Disclaimer: While Skill Duniya offers extensive interview guidance and placement assistance to connect learners with hiring partners, we do not guarantee employment. Securing a job depends entirely on your individual skills, interview performance, educational background, and the specific requirements of the hiring companies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video lectures, course materials, audio clips, and software, is the property of Skill Duniya or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site or our services to:
